Items can be returned within 7 day(s) from the day that it has been recieved. We will NOT allow return or refund  if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair.

1.Wash and condition hair regularly & as needed.

2.Add mild shampoo to cool water and massage hair till clean, rinse thoroughly.

3. Blowout excess water with a towel and allow hair to dry naturally or use blow dryer ALWAYS brush/comb from the end of your hair & work your way to the top.
